Jeromy Jordan is the senior director of financial systems for Johns Hopkins Medicine. Jordan joined Johns Hopkins in 2002 and has had oversight of the Financial Systems Unit since its inception in 2006. As senior director, Jordan oversees and directs the unit’s initiative to strategically identify and lead operational improvements using industry-leading financial and workforce management systems within Johns Hopkins Medicine. His unit partners with key leaders throughout the Johns Hopkins organization to deploy, manage and support complex cross-functional initiatives within Finance, human resources, information technology, clinical operations and other key areas as needed.
Jordan spent time in public accounting and the financial services software industry prior to joining Johns Hopkins. He has been recognized as an industry expert in the deployment of integrated workforce management systems within health care. His collaboration with Kronos and other firms helped establish industry best practices, and he continues to drive future developments in this area.
Jordan holds a B.S. in accounting from Pennsylvania State University and an M.B.A. with a concentration in information technology from the Johns Hopkins Carey Business School.
