Aaron serves as Director of Human Resources for one of Kansas City’s most recognized and beloved brands. Aaron is charged with leading the overall Human Resource and Risk program for a family owned retail grocer with an employee base approaching 5,000. His career at Cosentino’s began as the Senior Safety & Risk Manager, where his responsibilities included oversight of Safety,
Worker's Compensation, general liability, product liability and auto claims. He directly managed all litigation resulting from associated claims.
Aaron appeared as the corporate representative on behalf of Cosentino’s at hearings, mediations, depositions, etc. His responsibilities included establishing and managing contacts with attorneys, medical providers, and for property
related direct billing agreements. Job responsibilities extended to the creation and oversight of transportation, including fleet maintenance, purchasing, Department of
Transportation (DOT) compliance, and oversight of loss control initiatives. Aaron was then promoted to Director Of Human Resources which added additional oversight of the HR program including benefits, HRIS, Union Relations, and Employee Relations. During his tenure as Director Of Human Resources he has been a involved in a migration from ADP to Kronos Work Force Ready as well as the current migration from Kronos Work Force Central to Kronos Work Force Dimensions.
