Tracey is a Workforce Ready Instructional Designer with a primary focus on the HR module. She has over 20 years of experience in HR and training and is PHR and SHRM-CP certified. In addition, she has a BA in Organizational Behavior, an MS in Human Resource Management, and an MBA. Tracey has designed, developed, and trained HR Core features, Benefits, Compensation, Onboarding, Performance Management, Position Management, Recruitment, and Succession Planning courses for Workforce Ready. Tracey's passion for customers is immeasurable. For Tracey, ensuring the customer has the knowledge needed to be successful is priority.
